As many of you will know, The Cardinal Wolsey has been under new management for the last few weeks , and how it has changed! What a great atmosphere Kevin and Mandy have created in such a short time.
On Friday 26th September they are holding their official re-launch party with live music, sparkling wine and canpaés. It promises to be a fabulous evening so please go along for the best party in the area.

Mon 22nd September - Featuring Dr. Noel Brown
Familiar to many playing with Robin Bibi, Noel has this to say about himself:
"I started gigging many years ago and have played with loads of people who
have moved on and up/down/sideways/nowhere since. For a while I played
alongside Albert King and Jerry Lee Lewis but it all ended disastrously
when the stereo caught fire."
"I've also been in bands doing everything from Memphis to New Orleans via
Nashville and Chicago. I've also been on stage in the West End and was
(very briefly) in EastEnders a few years ago as well as giving guitar
lessons to Kirsty Maccoll. I also play (fretless) bass, dobro and pedal
steel guitar."
"Since the ban kicked in I smoke more cigars than I used to when I was
gigging so the ban hasn't really affected me. If I didn't cough sometimes
I wouldn't get any exercise at all."

Many will be familiar with Ed from the bands Bad II the Bone and Three State Blues.
Ed has a great repertoire of classic rock songs to dip into so you can always
expect an engaging mix of standards and less common but never-the-less old favourites.

As the name suggests, Mo'Rock'an Soul deliver a great mix of classic

Mike Doby is an exceptional solo artist with a broad repertoire of classic
and contemporary popular music, don't miss this rare opportunity to
